The Community Support Team supports people with mental health problems who have been excluded from other services due to difficult or challenging behaviour and/or lack of suitable resources to meet their needs. Working in the community with a flexible approach, the Team provides individual and group support to service users living in their own home, or with carers, and those who are homeless. You will need to have experience of mental health work, in a residential, day care, nursing or community setting. A relevant qualification is also desirable.
Closing date: 22nd September 2016
