The Crisis Café is a brand new pilot service run in partnership with Survivor Led Crisis Service, which will open on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday evenings. It will provide a safe, non-clinical space for individuals that may be in crisis or experiencing high levels of distress.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic leader to set up and deliver this high quality service which will divert people from Accident and Emergency departments. The successful candidate will be a self- starter who is skilled at building a broad range of partnerships, successfully manage and lead people/teams, and experience of supporting marginalised people through person-centred approaches with positive outcomes.
