Vacancy: Human resources and office administrator

Minimum of 25 hours a week, with the potential of up to 30 hours per week

Starting at £17,891, pa/pro-rata (NJC Scale 4, Spinal Column 18-21)

You will assist in providing an effective Human Resources service being involved in all aspects of Human Resources including supporting recruitment and learning and development, as well as the development and maintenance of HR system.

You will also support the delivery of administrative services across the organisation, ensuring an excellent administrative service is provided, particularly in collating performance data from ICT systems for teams and the organisation for reporting purposes. You will also be required to service organisational and HR Meetings, including producing accurate records of meetings.

You will need to have experience of undertaking administration duties, operating computer applications, service monitoring and servicing meetings. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work on their own initiative, have effective organisational, ICT and excellent communication and literacy skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and be flexible and adaptable in working across different office environments.

The post is available for a minimum of 25 hours per week, with the opportunity of up to an additional 5 hours per week, depending upon service requirements. These will be discussed at interview.
